Bar Pez is a Dublin tapas bar that serves up the best of Irish food and award-winning wine. Drawing inspiration from its sister restaurants, Fish Shop and Beach House, Bar Pez is committed to offering a refined yet casual dining experience. They needed a brand and website that reflected this commitment to balancing simplicity and quality.

The menu reflects the same clean, minimal aesthetic, using simple materials and single-colour printing. Every detail evokes a grounded, earthy elegance.

When setting out to brand Bar Pez we wanted something that, more than anything, felt authentic. Noelle, Colin & the team at Unthink were the perfect partners.  They took the time to fully immerse themselves in the project and brought a wealth of detail and research to the initial meetings. As always the process of working with unthink is collaborative and client-led. The result was an identity rooted in history and tradition, but with its own unique character and sense of fun.
